I have 40 years experience in the mental health field in multiple roles, I believe listening and believing in the person is the most important way to practice therapy.
Creating boundaries and recognizing the roles we play in our relationships can help to reframe what our emotional needs are. Often our responses and strong feelings or reactions are simply our needs not being met. We do the best we can with the tools we have, and forgiving your former self for tools you didn't have. I like to work with you collaboratively. Thank you for visiting this page in curiosity of seeking therapy, or working out a difficult shift in your life. Here’s a little about me and how I practice therapy: Cultivating your mind to think differently comes with practice.
I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), and have been working in the field for the past 15 years. A large majority of my initial training and experience has been working with adults dealing with anxiety, depression, communication problems, and relationship issues. My counseling style is welcoming, warm, empowering, and interactive.
I am a compassionate and dedicated LCSW with a deep passion for helping individuals navigate their unique mental health challenges and achieve lasting personal growth. I believe that every individual and relationship has the capacity for healing and transformation. I am experienced in working with individuals (children, adolescents, and adults) experiencing anxiety, depression, ADHD, PTSD, relationship conflicts, low self-esteem, and adjustment issues.
Welcome!
I believe deeply in the value of being seen, heard, and held as our full selves. My work is grounded in compassion, respect, and authenticity. I consider it a privilege to sit with people, to witness them — whether they are processing grief, trauma, identity, or life transitions — and to support them in discovering their inner capacity for healing.
As a mixed-race cis & queer woman of Jewish-Tunisian and French heritage who immigrated to California in 2014, I bring a multicultural perspective that deepens my empathy and sensitivity to diverse backgrounds.
I enjoy working with a wide variety of clients—adults, teens, and couples from diverse backgrounds, identities, and life situations. I have experience supporting people navigating anxiety, depression (including postpartum depression), grief, trauma (relational or systemic), neurodiversity, parenting or major life transitions, identity exploration, abuse (including domestic or emotional abuse and systemic oppression), and relationship or attachment challenges.
I am a licensed therapy who works with adults navigating depression, anxiety, trauma, grief, and life transitions. I bring a thoughtful, compassionate approach to therapy and prioritize creating a space where clients feel safe, understood, and supported. I believe therapy should feel collaborative and human—not rushed or judgmental. My goal is to help you feel more connected to yourself while building insight and tools that support meaningful, lasting change.
Hello! I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) with over 10 years experience providing individual therapy. I am a graduate of Cal State Fullerton, and specialize in EMDR therapy and LGBTQ+ affirming therapy. I am a big advocate for taking care of our mental health, and I am so glad you are here because that usually means you are thinking about taking care of yours too!
I provide compassionate, strengths-based therapy to support individuals navigating life’s most difficult seasons, including trauma, major life transitions, and grief. My approach centers on helping clients feel seen, supported, and empowered as they work through emotional challenges and move toward healing and resilience.
I specialize in grief and loss, adjustment to terminal illness, and anxiety. Using process-oriented and compassion-focused counseling techniques, I help clients explore their experiences at a deeper level while developing practical tools for emotional balance and self-understanding. I am also trained in Brainspotting, an evidence-based trauma therapy that supports clients in processing deep emotional pain and unresolved trauma in a safe and supportive environment.
My goal is to create a therapeutic space where clients feel understood, respected, and encouraged to grow at their own pace.
