Hi, I’m Gina Mead, a licensed professional counselor and school counselor. I’ve spent most of my career helping people navigate life’s tougher moments. My work has allowed me to support people through life transitions, grief, anxiety, burnout, identity exploration, relationship challenges, and the everyday messiness of being human. In addition to clinical counseling, I’ve also worked in K–12 schools, which has given me a deep understanding of the pressures young people face today. Whether you’re a young person, an adult, or a parent seeking support for your child or family, my goal is to meet you exactly where you are.
I know how overwhelming it can feel to keep going when life has tested you in more ways than one. You might be feeling disconnected from yourself & tired of “holding it all together,” yet unsure how to truly heal and move forward. My role is to honor your lived experience and help you reconnect with your body, mind, and soul so you can start living with more ease & clarity to nurture self discovery.
If you struggle with things like anxiety, depression, sleep issues, etc...those are just symptoms that something else is needing attention. It's important to check in with how you are nurturing your body, mind, soul and your personal relationships to see if some shifts might need to be made to help you feel more at ease.
I have my own story just like you, so I must care for myself the same way. I was a sports gal and dancer while growing up and it saved my life and continues to nurture my soul. My degrees in Exercise Science and Mental Health Counseling have allowed me the opportunity to offer a more holistic counseling approach to my clients. Everything is connected. I also received my Level 4 Certification in Energy Healing/Medicine and pursue consistent continuing education for somatic healing approaches and effective tools for nervous system regulation.
I have worked in a variety of settings including foster care, bereavement focused on losing a loved one to murder or suicide, youth residential, nonprofits, coaching a variety of sports, and in the ER as a crisis worker. I’ve also been a Keynote speaker on several occasions sharing about suicide prevention and have been featured on podcasts and other media outlets.
You will usually find me outdoors enjoying nature, dancing as much as possible, enjoying time with my family and friends, getting the courage to try new things, and loving on my fur babies. I would be honored to hear your story and see where your next chapter takes you!
Hello, I'm Sadie, a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with over ten years of experience practicing in Colorado. I love working with adults and senior citizens, helping them navigate life's challenges and improve their mental health. As a cognitive behavioral therapist, my goal is to provide a safe and healing space where you can process your thoughts and feelings, gain new perspectives, and lead a more meaningful life. I specialize in addressing anxiety, dementia, depression, grief and bereavement, life transitions, and medical issues/physical health.
Life presents us with many challenges, and sometimes we may feel like we're moving backward instead of forward. It's at these moments that we define our next steps. Whether you're navigating parenting, processing trauma, or grappling with difficult questions, a holistic approach can support you internally and externally, nurturing your mind, body, and spirit. Remember, well-being is true wealth, and I encourage anyone seeking therapy to be motivated and ready to actively participate in their healing. "Healing is dependent upon the person who seeks it." -Kellie Vazquez
Hey there! I'm passionate about helping you navigate life's twists and turns, finding that sweet spot where you can thrive and grow. Whether you're tackling solo challenges like life transitions, stress, or trauma, or you're a dynamic duo in need of relationship TLC, consider me your partner in progress.
My journey into mental health began as a path to healing for myself. Experiencing significant family mental health and addiction challenges, I saw how a broken system could worsen treatable issues. Personally navigating trauma, ADHD, and neurodivergent symptoms, I found deep healing through a blend of Western psychology and Eastern spirituality practices. I offer a deeply personalized approach and connect authentically with the people I serve.
I’m a Licensed Clinical Social Worker experienced in helping clients navigate anxiety, trauma, relationship difficulties, and major life changes. I have a strong background in both mental health and addiction recovery, which allows me to meet clients with empathy, honesty, and real-world understanding.
My work is trauma-informed, strengths-based, and collaborative. I use CBT, grounding techniques, and practical coping tools to support clients in building emotional stability, confidence, and resilience. I believe healing happens when you feel safe, heard, and empowered.
Hi, I’m Glenn Permar — a therapist, former school counselor, and U.S. Air Force veteran. I help teens and adults who feel mentally overloaded, anxious, or scattered find more steadiness, focus, and calm in their daily lives.
Many of the people I work with describe their minds as always “on” — juggling ideas, worries, and to-do lists that never seem to end. Whether it’s anxiety, ADHD, or burnout, that constant pressure can make life feel exhausting. Together, we slow things down and find what I call your “steady middle” — that balanced space between feeling overworked and feeling stuck, where your mind feels alert but grounded.
My approach combines evidence-based tools like CBT and mindfulness with a down-to-earth, collaborative style. You won’t find judgment or jargon here — just real conversation, practical strategies, and space to understand what your stress is trying to tell you.
Before becoming a therapist, I served in the Air Force and later worked as a school counselor and Social Emotional Learning Specialist during the pandemic. Those experiences shaped how I help people manage stress, build emotional resilience, and move through life with more confidence and calm.
If you’re ready to understand your mind, manage stress in ways that actually work, and create more balance in your life, I’d be honored to work with you.
Life is messy, and it can feel overwhelming when we can't control the world around us. Often we turn to food, alcohol, drugs, and other unhelpful behaviors to escape the messiness; yet the shit keeps piling up and the cycle continues. Sound relatable?
My specialty is working with adolescents and adults struggling with eating disorders, substance abuse, and trauma with a special interest in working with healthcare providers affected by working on the front lines of COVID-19.
Collaboratively, we will work to identify what's keeping you stuck, and help you move towards living a life that's aligned with YOUR values.
I'm a psychodynamic therapist which means I'm going to challenge you to dig deep and talk about the hard stuff. I know this is a vulnerable thing to ask; many of my clients say my realness helps them be real too. I listen actively, offering practical solutions and techniques to help us better cope with challenges, all punctuated with a sense of humor.
I love what I do. The therapeutic relationship is sacred to me, and is founded in trust, respect, and empathy. My office is a judgment-free zone; I believe our flaws make us human and should be embraced, not shamed. If you are looking for an authentic human to help you get off of the hamster wheel, give me a call for a free phone consultation.
