I went into this career to bring light when people see darkness.
I am a non-judgmental, client centered therapist who is personally familiar with the challenges of single parenting, divorce, codependency, abuse, anxiety, and alcoholism. I have worked in middle/high schools in Pinellas County (28 yrs), and I am continuously working to learn new counseling strategies/ applications to help my clients overcome their challenges and develop new coping skills to face the challenges of life on every level. Life can get better as we age, if we know how to approach it.
I believe everyone deserves access to compassionate, high-quality mental health care. My path to becoming a mental health provider has been shaped by both my clinical training and personal experiences, which have strengthened my commitment to helping individuals feel seen, supported, and understood.
I work with young adults experiencing anxiety, depression, life stress, and other emotional challenges. My approach is warm, collaborative, and goal-oriented. I strive to create a safe, nonjudgmental space where clients can openly discuss their concerns while developing practical coping skills and gaining greater clarity and insight.
