My passion lies in helping you recognize and release old patterns that no longer serve you. I specialize in anxiety, self-esteem, spirituality, romantic relationships, and quarter-life crisis. Whether you're a young adult, working professional, part of the LGBTQ+ community, or a couple seeking support, I'm eager to explore your unique journey alongside you.
As an ambassador of Christ's love and an advocate of Wellness, I live by my personal mission statement: ‘Live to Ignite, Not Entertain.’ With over a decade of education in School Counseling, Community Counseling, Psychology, and other certifications, my skills provide me the opportunity to help diverse populations and needs in working together through challenging moments.
As a therapist deeply committed to both my personal and professional growth, I believe that the process of healing is ongoing. I continue to engage in my own therapeutic work, which allows me to offer an authentic and empathetic presence as I support clients through their healing journeys. I understand that growth often requires both deep self-reflection and a safe, supportive relationship, and I bring this awareness into my work with clients.
As a Stanford-trained Psychiatrist, I offer medication management and therapy for a range of conditions including anxiety, depression, bipolar disorder, PTSD, anger, stress, burnout, divorce, addiction, and others. I see adults age 18-60. I am also board certified in Addiction Medicine. I am not treating ADHD with stimulant medications at the current time due to in-person visit requirements to prescribe controlled substances. I am unable to offer therapy only if you have another psychiatrist (I will need to manage your psychiatric medications).

Welcome to the first step to your healing journey!
Therapy isn’t about “fixing” you—it’s about coming home to yourself. If you’re ready to feel more grounded, more seen, and more aligned with who you really are, I’d be honored to walk that path with you.
I am passionate about helping people find clarity, healing, and a deeper connection to themselves. I work with adults and older adults navigating challenges like anxiety, depression, trauma, identity exploration, and life transitions—and I offer a space where you don’t have to hold it all alone. I was drawn to this work because of my own journey. Growing up, I often found myself holding space for others—listening deeply, asking questions, and offering comfort. Over time, I realized that being present with people in their pain, and witnessing their growth, was not just something I cared about—it was something I was meant to do. That sense of purpose continues to guide me today.
