I believe healing happens in the context of safe, attuned relationships. Whether I’m working with a child through play, supporting parents, or helping adults understand their relational patterns, my work is grounded in compassion, curiosity, and collaboration.
I have extensive experience working with children and families, particularly around attachment-related concerns, including families formed through foster care and adoption. I also enjoy working with adults who want to better understand how early relational experiences may still influence their relationships today.
I am trained in the Adult Attachment Interview (AAI), a research-based interview that can help adults explore how early experiences shape the way they connect with others. When appropriate, I can integrate this perspective into our therapy work together.
I’m a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with experience supporting individuals, families, and children through trauma, life transitions, and emotional challenges. My approach is trauma-informed, strengths-based, and personalized, because no two people or healing journeys are the same.
I believe therapy should feel like a safe, collaborative space where you can show up as you are without fear of judgment. Together, we’ll work in a way that honors your unique story, values, and goals rather than following a one-size-fits-all approach.
I have been a licensed clinical social worker for over 30 years bringing broad experience and perspective to my sessions. I believe that joining with a client is paramount to establishing trust. Trusting that your provider cares for you, has your best interest at heart and provides you with reasonable and doable solutions is key to growth. If we don’t connect, no harm/no foul. We agree to move on and I will assist with that process, if necessary.
