I draw from ACT, EMDR, embodiment practices, and parts work, and I am neurodivergent‐friendly and LGBTQIA+ affirming. I also have experience supporting clients through psychosis, grief, chronic health issues, spiritual trauma, eating disorders, and substance use disorders.
