Welcome, and 初めまして。 I offer telehealth therapy for residents of Hawaii and New York.
If you’re here, you’re probably hoping to feel better—fast. That’s human.
I was born in Japan, grew up in the U.S., and have lived in both Hawaii and New York. I’m a licensed clinical social worker in both states, with a background in leading nationally recognized mental health programs and training over 200 therapists. I also bring a business perspective, which helps me focus on practical, real-world solutions.
From both professional and personal experience, I understand how even strong, capable people can feel overwhelmed when life throws a curveball.
Sometimes change takes time, but we can begin right away by making sense of what’s going on and finding realistic ways to move forward.
I take a practical, steady approach, backed by over 25 years of experience in mental health.

Helping you live your best life, based on your own personal values. Together, we work to help assess obstacles to achieving your goals, and figure out patterns that may be getting in your own way. Sometimes these patterns are internal (e.g., self-defeating thoughts) and sometimes these may be external, and/or a combination.
