I’m a psychiatric nurse practitioner specializing in care for women, children, and adolescents, with a strong focus on ADHD, anxiety, and mood concerns. Many women seek care during periods of burnout, emotional overload, or major life transitions, and I provide calm, supportive, and collaborative care during these difficult moments. I’m a licensed clinical social worker in both states, with a background in leading nationally recognized mental health programs and training over 200 therapists. I also bring a business perspective, which helps me focus on practical, real-world solutions.

Welcome! I have been a Licensed Mental Health Counselor since 2014. I received my Master of Science in Mental Health Counseling in 2011 after completing my undergraduate education in Psychology & English in 2009.
I am particularly passionate about working with college & college-bound students as well as recent college graduates. I am also very passionate about working with women, particularly for mental health related to pregnancy, postpartum health, sexual health & mom life.
