Hello, I'm Devan! I have been working in the mental health field for over ten years now. I started my journey by working in direct care for at risk youth and adults with autism. Since getting my degree and license I have been working on developing my skills as an ACT therapist.
Warm, down-to-earth, and collaborative; that’s the energy I bring into my work.
I’m Rachael, a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, based out of North Carolina. I earned both my Bachelor’s (2017) and Master’s (2019) in Social Work from Western Carolina University.
I’ve been helping individuals through their healing journey since 2019. I help people who feel overwhelmed, stuck, or disconnected find their way back to feeling grounded and in control.
If you’re used to holding everything together on your own, therapy can be a space where you don’t have to anymore.
Finding the right therapist is so important! Clients need to feel comfortable in order to talk about difficult things. I understand that getting started in counseling is not easy and I have so much respect for those willing to take that step! I want to help and I will walk alongside you without judgment. My style is relaxed and supportive. Clients describe me as down to earth, easy to to talk to and authentic. My specialty is working with people through life transitions.
Many of the people I work with are thoughtful, capable adults who feel overwhelmed internally. On the outside it may look like you’re keeping everything together, but inside you might be dealing with overthinking, burnout, emotional flooding, or feeling stuck in patterns you can’t quite explain.
I specialize in working with adults navigating ADHD, trauma, and relationship stress. My goal is to help you understand what’s happening in your brain and nervous system so things start to make sense and change becomes possible.
Clients often tell me they appreciate having a space where they can slow down, feel understood, and start building practical tools that actually work in daily life.
I have a MA in Marriage and Family Therapy and have been practicing since 2015. I worked in the behavioral health field with children and families for 15 years prior to becoming a marriage and family therapist. I love working with individuals, couples and families.
Sheena Rymer, Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), received a Master's Degree in Social Work from Valdosta State University in May 2014 and a clinical license in Social Work in September 2019. During that time, she interned and worked at Miller Counseling Services, Pruitt Nursing Home, Mountain Education Charter School, and Fannin County School System. She facilitated groups; provided care consultations and coordinated services for clients both admitted and discharged from the nursing home; and provided individual counseling services. Moreover, Sheena has over five years experience in crisis intervention. Sheena is an active member of School Social Work Association of America (SSWAA), Fannin Children's Fund (FCF), and Social Workers Action Group (SWAG).
As a licensed therapist, I help people understand their patterns, heal conflict, and learn practical skills to communicate, reconnect, and enjoy their interactions. My approach is direct, warm, collaborative, and grounded in evidence-based methods. I believe healthy relationships take more than love; they require intention and work. I'm here to guide you in that work.
