You don’t have to keep pretending everything is fine.
If you’re feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or disconnected from yourself or from the people you love you’re not alone. Whether you’re navigating anxiety, trauma, relationship challenges, or the weight of past experiences, therapy can help you feel more grounded and in control.
I’m a Licensed Clinical Social Worker who works with individuals and couples ready to move beyond survival mode. My clients often come to me feeling exhausted by negative self-talk, repeating painful relationship patterns, or struggling to manage emotions that feel too big or too numb. They want to feel better but they’re not sure where to start.
Life doesn't always fall apart all at once. Sometimes it shifts — slowly or suddenly — and you find yourself standing in the middle of something you didn't plan for, not quite sure how to find your footing again.
I work with adults — particularly women — who are navigating major life transitions: divorce, career change, grief and loss, identity shifts, postpartum challenges, relationship changes, and the complex process of figuring out who you are when everything around you has changed.
My name is Nadine Cramer, and I've been a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor for over 22 years. I'm licensed in both Ohio and Pennsylvania and see clients throughout both states via telehealth. Over the course of my career I've worked in inpatient psychiatric settings, outpatient community mental health, and private practice. I've facilitated groups for postpartum depression, anger management, alcohol and substance use recovery, and cognitive restructuring — and I've brought everything I've learned in those settings into my private practice work.
I graduated from Lehigh University with a Ph.D. in Counseling Psychology. I provide individual psychotherapy sessions to adults (ages 24+) to address a range of issues. These include, but are not limited to, anxiety, depression, life transitions, and relationship issues.
I'm a therapist who specializes in trauma. I'm familiar with symptoms of anxiety and depression both in clinical practice and from my own lived experience. I am a queer, neurodivergent therapist who specializes in PTSD, LGBTQ+ issues, and empowering women. I want to give my clients the vocabulary to put their feelings to words and heal old wounds. I like to focus on problem-solving and teaching coping skills to address the daily discomfort you feel. I graduated with honors from a Master's Clinical Mental Health Counseling program and have 5 years of clinical experience.
You’ve done a lot to survive what you’ve been through, so it makes sense that some parts of life can feel heavy or overwhelming. I work with teens and adults who are navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship stress and identity shifts. Many of my clients are "high-functioning", but feel exhausted, disconnected, or “not good enough”. My therapy style is warm, direct and collaborative; I balance compassion with practical tools, so sessions feel supportive and productive. I help clients build emotional regulation skills, strengthen boundaries, reduce shame and improve communication in relationships.
Hi, I’m a Board Certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner. I graduated from Drexel University with my Master's degree in Nursing. I then completed my Post-Graduate Certificate in Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner. I have over twenty years of experience working in healthcare. Psych has always been my passion. My experiences encompass working with clients across the life span, including Child and Adolescents, Adult, and Geriatric patient populations. I’ve provided services to clients presenting with many psychiatric disorders, such as Anxiety, Depression, ADHD, Bipolar Disorder, and more. I’m in the belief that mental health wellbeing is a priority. Human beings are resilient. Holistic care is the key to promoting better patient outcomes. Therefore, I believe that with an evidence-based practice treatment plan consisting of psychotherapy and/or a combination of psychotherapy and medication management, one will be able to control their mental health.
I’m a very compassionate, caring, and empathetic person. I strive to provide holistic care and collaborate with my clients to develop a treatment plan that they are comfortable with.
I am a bilingual (English/Spanish) therapist who integrates clinical expertise with Christian values to support emotional healing, resilience, and personal growth. I believe that true healing occurs when mind, body, and spirit are nurtured together. My work focuses on helping clients manage stress, regulate emotions and move forward with hope, faith, and intention while honoring each individual's unique journey.
I completed my undergraduate studies at the University of South Florida and my graduate studies at the University of South Carolina. Throughout my career, I have served diverse populations, including children, adolescents, young adults, adults, and older adults. Services are provided to individuals who are physically in the states of SC, FL, GA, PA and OH.
In my spare time I enjoy traveling and spending quality time with my family and friends.
My name is Leilani and I’m a dual-certified Family and Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner, and I believe feeling heard is just as important as any treatment plan. My background in both primary care and mental health, along with my experience as a military veteran and spouse, helps me understand how stress, health, and life experiences are often deeply intertwined. I work with adults facing anxiety, depression, trauma, and big life transitions, and I take time to listen before offering guidance. My goal is to create a calm, supportive space where we can talk things through together and move forward in a way that feels manageable and right for you.
Hi! I'm Amanda, LPC in Pennsylvania. I started my journey as a school counselor at a high school for 13 years and then transitioned into an outpatient facility. I enjoy working with teens, young adults, and adults as they navigate their lives. I love learning about and connecting with others. I help support individuals with adjusting to new situations, set boundaries, feel empowered, manage the demands of life, learn better coping and implement self-care. I was a DII College Athlete so I really enjoy getting to connect with other past or present athletes. I have over 19 years experience helping others with anxiety, depression, ADHD, Bi-polar, relationship issues, or just feeling overwhelmed and stressed.
I love what I do, and I know why I do it. Since 2007 my focus has been coming along side of people and assisting them with challenges they face in life to become the most authentic and genuine person they were meant to be. In my own journey I've come to accept and appreciate the gifts I've been given, even if they're seemingly unrelated. I love my work as a therapist and I will always be passionate about performing music. How the two coexist within me is the journey I'm on. My focus has been in becoming a better therapist each day ... but I also know I'll never stop playing guitar and performing music, it's part of who I am.
I take a holistic perspective with my clients to address the health of body, mind, and spirit. I believe that a solid therapeutic relationship between client and therapist is a crucial part of the healing process, and that techniques and therapy approaches must “fit” the client in order to be effective—there is no “one size fits all” therapy.
With over 10 years of experience in community health, trauma and crisis management, I have developed a strong ability to meet clients where they are, delivering real-time feedback and interventions tailored to their unique circumstances. I have worked with individuals ranging from age 3 to 75, bringing a lifespan perspective to my practice. My experience as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst has positively impacted my use of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) with solution-focused strategies to empower clients and support meaningful, lasting change.
