I have been working with clients since 2009. During this time, I have worked in the community as a home-based provider, community mental health therapist, substance abuse therapist, college counselor, and private practice therapist. Much of my experience has surrounded helping individuals identify core issues and recover from past trauma. I believe in the healing power of being listened to and fully accepted.

I provide telehealth sessions that are structured, supportive, and focused on real progress. My goal is to help you better understand your patterns, build practical coping skills, and feel more confident in your decisions and relationships.
My style is warm, direct, and collaborative. I work to make therapy feel clear, actionable, and tailored to your specific needs—so you’re not just talking, but actually seeing change.
Hello everyone! My name is Pablo and I am a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) based in Arizona. I am an Army veteran and after my time in service, I received my Masters from Grand Canyon University and have been practicing therapy for about 3 years. I have about eight years overall experience in mental health working with a variety of clients from Serious Mental Illness (SMI) population to providing support to community members within Pima and Pinal County as a Co-Responder, working alongside Pinal County Sheriff and Tucson Police Department. Beyond therapy, I'm an avid outdoor enthusiast, finding joy in hiking and weight lifting. My passion for Jiu Jitsu keeps me grounded, and I nurture my spirit through my faith. Though my social circle is small, I intentionally invest my time in cultivating healthy relationships with family and loved ones, cherishing these connections deeply.
