I'm a Clinical Social Worker with three years of experience. I graduated from Texas A&M University Kingsville with a Masters in Social Work. I look forward to getting to meet you.
I rediscovered my passion for psychology and counseling during COVID and returned to school to redirect the course of my life in my 40s. Now, I specialize in helping others navigate major life transitions and learn new relationships with their emotions and mental processes.
I have a Masters degree in Professional Counseling and am credential by The National Board of Certified Counselors. My professional background is in trauma recovery and forensic psychology, meaning I have approached trauma on from both ends of the spectrum. There is little I haven't seen or heard clinically. This allows me to remain open minded, and has given me the knowledge and experience to provide a safe, supportive space for exploration.

I have been working in the mental health field for many years and have had the privilege of supporting individuals through many of life’s challenges. Over time, I have seen firsthand the stressors and unexpected difficulties that life can bring. While we cannot always prevent these challenges—because life will continue to be life—we can learn healthier ways to cope, grow, and move forward.
My role is to provide a safe, supportive, and nonjudgmental space where you can explore your experiences, develop practical tools, and gain insight into the patterns that may be affecting your well-being.
