I help to create a safe, collaborative space where you will feel seen, not judged. Our relationship is one where you can let your guard down and show up as your full self. It is my goal to use a warm and compassionate relationship to walk alongside you, offering reflection, compassion, and challenge when needed to help you reach your goals.
Starting therapy and finding the right therapist can feel overwhelming, especially when life already feels stressful! With over six years of experience, I’ve had the privilege of working with individuals across the lifespan, including young children, adolescents, and adults.
I support clients in navigating a range of challenges, including stress, anxiety, depression, anger, and relationship concerns. I also have experience supporting children/adolescents with ASD, ODD, ADHD, and other developmental or behavioral challenges, as well as supporting the parent/caregiver of the child/adolescent.
I earned my Master’s in Social Work from Boston College, where I specialized in working with children, youth, and families. I currently provide therapy services to clients in both New York and North Carolina.
I am an LCSW in North Carolina who specializes in depression, ADHD/ADD, anxiety, grief and loss, child and family relationship dynamics, and adjustment disorders.
