I have 26 years of experience dealing with individuals, couples, families in therapy. We will work together to develop plans that are unique and right for you.
Hi,
I am so glad that you are here. My name is Rabecca and I have a Masters Degree for Messiah University in Marriage, Couple, and Family Counseling. I have been in the mental health field for over 7 years working with individuals of all ages and backgrounds. I specialize in life transitions, perinatal, trauma, grief and loss, anxiety and ADHD.
I have been counseling since graduating from CALU in 2014. My clients have been in varied settings including groups, individual and couple. I use a trauma-informed approach and utilize evidence based practice.
Hi, I'm Mimi. I am a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in Pennsylvania. I received my B.S. in Applied Organizational Behavior Psychology from Albright College and my M.A. in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Messiah University. I’ve had the privilege of working in outpatient behavioral health, substance use treatment centers, higher education, and private practice, which has allowed me to support people from many different backgrounds and life experiences.
I especially enjoy working with middle adolescents, college students, and young to middle-aged adults. I’m passionate about supporting individuals from the BIPOC community and creating a space where clients feel safe and accepted.
I have a strong interest in addressing race-based trauma, family and relationship dynamics, attachment patterns, depression, anxiety, and life transitions. I believe everyone deserves the opportunity to experience mental clarity and emotional balance. At Ponder and Process Counseling Services, LLC, I provide a supportive environment where you can reflect, gain insight, and build the tools needed to make empowered decisions and enhance your overall well-being.
Outside of my work, I enjoy reading, spending quality time with my family, and taking long walks with my dog. These moments help me stay grounded, present, and connected—qualities I also bring into the therapy space. I value balance and self-care, and I strive to model the same intentional living that I encourage in my clients.
I am August Irving, a Licensed Professional Counselor Supervisor (LPC-S), National Certified Counselor (NCC), and Board Certified TeleMental Health Provider (BC-TMH), and the owner of Life Lessons Counseling, LLC. I provide compassionate, evidence-based therapy to teens and adults navigating anxiety, depression, and life transitions. While I work with a diverse range of clients, I have a special interest in supporting women through midlife and perinatal challenges. My approach is collaborative and practical, focused on building resilience, clarity, and sustainable change. I offer therapy in person in Clinton, Mississippi, and virtually throughout Mississippi and Pennsylvania.
My clients are often standing at the edge of something new—sometimes by choice, sometimes by circumstance. They may be adjusting to a major life transition: a marriage or a divorce, the birth of a baby, a new diagnosis, a career shift or a personal loss. Some are navigating moments of crisis or reckoning. Others come to therapy not because something obvious has changed, but because they need something to change.
What they share in common is a sense that their old tools are no longer working the way they used to. Maybe what once helped them feel in control—over-functioning, people-pleasing, avoiding conflict—is now creating more disconnection than relief. Maybe the strategies that used to help them cope are starting to feel brittle or self-limiting. They might be asking: Why is this so hard now? Why am I feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or off-center in a season when I thought I should be thriving?
If you’re in a season of transition—or longing for one—I welcome you to reach out. Therapy can be a steady place to land while you find your footing again.
If you're in your 20s or 30s and life feels harder to manage than it should—whether that’s ADHD affecting work or relationships, grief that won’t lift, the weight of new parenthood, or a season that’s pushed you past your usual coping—I’d love to talk.
With over 30 years of experience, I still genuinely enjoy this work and the people I meet. I believe everyone has real strengths, and therapy can help clear the path so you can actually use them.
I’m warm and affirming, and I won’t avoid the hard stuff. I’m direct without being critical, so you’ll always know where I stand—and that I’m on your side.
